All participants must be teenagers (age 13-18)

  • You must submit your project by the deadline listed on DevPost.
  • You may not start your project before the hackathon has begun - it is okay to have an idea, and of course good to build using libraries and existing tools, but the project you are submitting must not have been started during the hackathon.
  • All judging decisions and prizes are awarded at the discretion of sponsors and judges.
  • You must not behave deliberately in a way that is likely to make other participants, organisers or community members, uncomfortable. Harassment is not acceptable.
  • You must follow the rules of any platforms you use for communication, like Discord's Community Guidelines.
  • Wherever possible, please aim to use threads within the Code for Impact Discord server, rather than private groups, to communicate with your team, to make responding to potential issues possible.
  • You must disclose to what extent you have used existing projects and generative AI tools like ChatGPT in your project submission.
  • You must follow any additional rules shared by community leaders on platforms like Discord.

Above all, try to be supportive of others and have a great time!
